Sagar Thakkar is an experienced Immigration Paralegal and Case Manager with more than four years of experience in Canadian and U.S. immigration law. He has worked closely with licensed immigration lawyers and attorneys, assisting individuals, families, students, skilled workers, and employers with a wide range of immigration applications and legal processes.

His Canadian immigration experience includes Express Entry applications, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), study permits, work permits, visitor visas, family sponsorships, spousal sponsorships, permanent residence applications, and other matters before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Sagar has extensive experience preparing application packages, reviewing supporting documentation, drafting submissions, and ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration requirements.
